- The membership fee is due at the time of enrollment, is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and is non-refundable.
- WellnessVIP is NOT dental insurance.
- WellnessVIP can only be used for services performed in our office.
- WellnessVIP cannot be used for Invisalign treatment
